Green walls and other weird things.

We like to think outside the planter box. We believe that just because it hasn't been done before, doesn't mean that it can't be done.

Throughout Melbourne we have installed a number of innovative plant configurations, including 'green walls'. Green walls divide areas without losing the feeling of space and openness. Green Walls can be made in just about any configuration, and in just about any pot colour. We use a fully sealed plastic pot, manufactured using 50% recycled materials, which won't leak and doesn't require saucers.

There is no limit to the possibilities of what we can create using plants. Some of our projects have incorporated metal vertical walls, and suspended ceiling mounted installations. In one instance we suspended plants with stainless steel wire, another installation features planter boxes made from recycled timbers, fanning out from a central column. We recommend that you view the photo gallery to get inspired.

Zants Plants also worked with the National Gallery of Victoria to create Nam June Paik's 'TV Garden' for the Guggenheim Exhibition at The Arts Centre in Melbourne.

At Zants Plants we're always trying to come up with something new, something...well, out of the planter box..
